First of all, this review is long over due! Elmer was an amazing real estate agent! My husband and I first spoke with Elmer in January 2024. We had just begun our journey in house hunting. It was overwhelming, to say the least. We knew nothing, but Elmer answered our numerous questions, sometimes multiple times. He never seemed annoyed or bothered. He was thorough and attentive. He made sure to send us listings in our price range, in locations we were looking, and with the amenities we wanted. When visiting houses, (some multiple times) he walked us through every room so we had an understanding of what we were seeing whether there were signs of damage, possible repairs in the future, brand new fixtures, etc. Elmer’s knowledge was outstanding. We had offers outbid, offers rejected and even had a seller back out right before closing. He gave us our space during those times while letting us know he was there for us whenever we were ready to jump back in. In the end, we found the perfect place for our little family. We thought we had a setback again during the closing period, but Elmer went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out for us and all parties involved. We are forever grateful to have worked with Elmer and cannot say thank you enough! If you have the opportunity to work with him, please do so, you won’t be disappointed!
Honestly working with Jessie was amazing. He made me and my family feel safe and comfortable through the whole process of us finding our home.
