Born and raised in Guatemala, Hector immigrated to the United States in the early 2000s. Selling homes is a familiar activity to him, as he and his father sold real estate together in Guatemala for many years. At the encouragement of his nephew, Bethesda Gateway's Juan Umanzor, he recently decided to pursue a career in real estate with Long & Foster. He looks forward to working with Juan and the top-producing Umanzor Group. The father of four, Hector lives in the D.C metro area.
